Tillerson pays flying visit to Afghanistan to discuss U.S. strategy

KABUL (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson paid an unannounced visit to Afghanistan on Monday for talks with Afghan leaders on the new U.S. strategy to end the war.
